Terms & Conditions
1. When you place an order with NSS Plus Ltd trading as Tivoli Interior Designs, and we accept it (as evidenced
by us issuing you with an email order confirmation) or by signing an order, this forms a
legally binding agreement by which we agree to supply and fit the goods specified on your personalised
quotation, and you agree to pay the total price specified on your personalised quotation and email order
confirmation, subject to the terms set out below.
2. You acknowledge that you have carefully checked the floor plan and drawings in the personalised quotation
and acknowledge that only the units and accessories specified on the drawings will be supplied by us.
3. You acknowledge that the drawings are not precise scale drawings and that we may make reasonable
amendments to the dimensions. Variation of Drawings - in the survey process we aim to ensure that the goods
you have ordered fit in your room. Occasionally there may be alterations to the original drawings which may
result in the order value being amended. You will be notified of any amendments before you become
responsible for them.
PLEASE NOTE that any new drawing(s) you sign for will replace any you have already agreed and will become the
drawing(s) we will deliver and fit to.
** Before placing your order please read carefully these terms and ask our designer for an explanation of
anything you do not fully understand.
Terms
1. Definitions
"you" means the person placing the order, our client, including but not limited to: Individuals, Companies,
Contractors, Residential Builders, Subcontractors & Subcontracting Companies;
"us" and "we" means NSS Pls Ltd trading as Tivoli Interior Designs;
"the goods and services" means the items specified on your personalised quotation;
"the site" means the place where the goods are to be fitted (as specified on your personalised quotation)
"the fitter" means the person we contract to fit the goods.
1. We agree to supply and fit the goods at the site, unless it is stated otherwise on your personalised quotation.
If the supply or fitting of the goods is delayed by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will let
you know and arrange an alternative date with you.
2. We cannot be held liable for delay or failure to complete the works caused by events beyond our reasonable
control, in those cases we will complete the works as soon as reasonably possible.
3. If we have agreed with you to arrange for the goods to be fitted, the following applies:
a) you agree to make sure that the fitter has access to the site at reasonable times (between 8.30am and
6.30pm on weekdays excluding public holidays) or otherwise as agreed by you and us;
b) you agree to make sure that any re-routing or installation of plumbing (including water, radiators, drainage,
gas, sewage and the like), or electrics, removal of existing furniture and carpets have been carried
out to a good workman-like standard prior to the fitting date;
c) you agree to make sure that the fitter can use the mains electricity supply from a standard 13A 240V socket
free of charge, and that the supply is installed to the usual standards in force at the time;
d) you agree that you will not make any material alterations in the rooms to be fitted, and that in particular you
have not installed, relocated or removed any fixed items that you have not told us about before we entered into
the contract;
e) you agree that you have permission to use any plans or drawings you supply to us;
f) you agree to provide reasonable access to the room to be fitted (ladder access is not acceptable) to clear the
room to provide sufficient working space for the fitter and co-operate in reducing health and safety risks to an
acceptable level.
g) you agree if you wish to cancel or postpone your fitting date within 21 working days of the due date, we will
incur costs and any such cancellation or postponement may be subject to an admin and storage fee of £250.
h) you agree you confirm that you have told us of any particular features which you know about the site or its
construction which may make the installation more difficult than we might reasonably expect &
acknowledge that you have checked the walls are sound.
i) you are advised not to decorate rooms (except the space where front frame furniture is to be installed) prior
to installation to avoid minor incidental damage caused during installation.
4. Unless we have specifically mentioned otherwise, VAT has been included in all our fees and charges at the
applicable rate.
5. i) All our products are of a satisfactory quality although as some are a natural product it can vary in grain or
colour.
ii) As we use different boards for the facias and the carcasses , occasionally there is a slight colour variation, and
depending on the type of lights that you have or the amount of natural
daylight in the room, this can become more visible.
iii) For installation and safety purposes there may be a join in any material over a certain length or width.
6. i) As the goods are made to your specifications, the usual “cooling off” period under the Consumer Contracts
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply.

7.i) The legal ownership of the goods will not pass to you until you have paid all of the money you owe us
whether under this agreement or otherwise. Failure to pay in full- NSS Plus Ltd trading as Tivoli Interior Designs
reserves the right to initiate repossession of the goods we have provided and fitted, Apply to the courts to make
a claim to recover all monies owed, use a debt recovery service, add interest and claim additional costs . You are
responsible for the goods as soon as they are delivered to the site and we advise you to check your household
insurance to ensure that you are covered.
ii) Clause 7 refers to all our clients, including but not limited to, Individuals, Companies, Contractors, Residential
Builders, Subcontractors & Subcontracting Companies. The Director of a client Company agrees to become a
personal guarantor for his Company’s debts to us as per present T&C. If a client Company of ours, fails to pay
our invoices for goods and services, the Director of the respective client Company agrees to pay over the debts
for our invoices, including the late payment fees, interests and execution costs.
8. All appliances, Sanitaryware and Accessories carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
9. This agreement is made under English law.
10. Payment Terms-
We require 50% of the total price deposit with order in which is non-refundable once we have received a signed
copy of these Terms & Conditions.
The remaining 50% of total price will be due to be paid in full on the day of completion.
*Other payment terms may be available, please speak with our advisors.
If the payment terms are not met the goods will not be sent to you. If you have not decided on the exact
specification of the order prior to installation such as colour choice of upholstery, you must still comply with the
payment terms agreed at the time of placing the order.
11. NSS Plus Ltd trading as Tivoli Interior Designs is a ‘Part P’ Approved Contractor for electrical work.
12. It is not always possible at survey stage, to be certain if the existing electrical installation complies with
current IEE regulations. If any additional works are required to bring this up to present regulation, any such work
will be discussed with the customer and a costing agreed, before any work is carried out. This work will be
charged at cost price. If any additional electrical work is required by the customer, a costing will be agreed
before any such work is carried out. Should the customer wish to engage another electrician to carry out this
work we will try to accommodate this, but it could delay the installation timing.
13. Decorating/Finishing (If Included):In the event that when tiles are removed from the wall area of the kitchen
the existing plasterwork /plasterboard should become damaged and needs replacing, an additional charge may
occur for labour and material cost. This costing will be kept to a minimum but must be agreed upon
commencement to the work being carried out so as not to cause any discrepancies when final balances are
required.
14. We will only price for preparing and emulsion painting of walls and ceilings.
15. You are to provide the paint to a colour of your choice. Gloss work to be priced separately by the decorator
and agreed with you so as not to cause any discrepancies when final balances are required.
16. Computer generated images should only be viewed as an artistic impression as variations in style, colour or
construction are possible and should only be seen as a guide to show how your kitchen may look.

18. We are no longer able to remove fridges and freezers from the job site. Your local council can provide this
service for you at a small charge.
19. Wardrobe backs and bases are not required for structural reasons and will not be fitted unless otherwise
agreed.
20. All existing furniture (free-standing or fitted) should be removed from the room prior to installation.
21. You shall indemnify us against any loss or damage which results from your breach of this agreement or
failure to abide by any of its terms.
Your Tivoli Guarantee
Your new Tivoli fitted furniture has the benefit of a guarantee which covers the failure of the Framework &
Shelves purchased for 10 years* & Doors purchased for 6 years* from the date of installation. Upon satisfactory
installation and payment of final balance, all kitchen components supplied are covered by the manufacture’s
own guarantees. The installation is covered for a period of 12 months from the finish date. However, it should
be noted that reasonable care of all worktop joint areas, including cut outs, must be taken, as it is possible to
disrupt these areas if repeatedly subjected to standing in water. Such areas should be kept dry, by clearing any
standing water immediately and not placing items such as kettles over or adjacent to the joint. For these
reasons worktop joints cannot be guaranteed.
i. Supplied appliances and accessories carry the manufactures normal warranty, which must be registered by
you with the manufacturer. In most cases there is an opportunity to extend the guarantee on most major
appliances.
ii. Any existing appliances, or new appliances not sourced through NSS Plus Ltd trading as Tivoli Interior Designs
can be connected upon installation, in which case these appliances will be shown on the kitchen design layout.
It should be noted, however, in such cases, we cannot accept responsibility for the effectiveness or condition of
existing or new appliances not supplied by Tivoli Interior Designs.
This ensures that you have peace of mind knowing that any issues with the products will be addressed by the
manufacturer within the suppliers specified guarantee period.
The Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
• The furniture has been installed by Tivoli Interior Designs in the U.K.
• You have properly cared for and used the goods and followed any instructions provided by us, particularly in
the case of gloss and high sheen furniture.
• The furniture has been used for normal domestic purposes only.
• The guarantee is personal to you and is not transferable.
• The furniture has not been altered, or interfered with, by any other persons.
The Guarantee does not cover:
• Any damage caused by wear and tear.
• Natural wear and tear.
• Natural colour fading caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Movement of wardrobe infill or worktop caused by natural movement of the house’s structure for installations
over 30 days old. This also includes settlement of furniture if fitted on top of carpet.
• Fitting of any small item replacements, for example, handles, hanging rails, etc.
• Electrical and light fittings, bulbs mirrors and glass.
• Door and drawer adjustments and caulking, refitting of drawers removed from drawer runners.
• Accidental damage caused as a result of an unexpected and non-deliberate action.
• If the furniture is required to be removed from the room’s structure the guarantee does not cover re-
decoration or damage to flooring.
• All consumables required to replace faulty parts will be charged for; these include, but are not limited to,
screws, filler, brackets, etc.
• Any fitting issues reported outside of 30 days from original installation date
Making a Claim
Photographic evidence of the issue must be provided to allow Tivoli to confirm the claim is covered under the
guarantee. Should you be unable to provide photos, a £250 non-refundable call
out charge will be payable to Tivoli.
Should an inspection be required to access the validity of a claim, a £250 call out charge will be payable to Tivoli.
Tivoli will confirm the validity of any claim within 14 working days and should the claim be deemed as valid, call
out charge will be refunded.
Tivoli will aim to rectify all valid claims within 60 days of receipt of the initial claim.
